Is Vosen safe to use with my LinkedIn account?
Vosen sends voice notes using human-like timing rather than blasting them all at once, which significantly reduces the risk of LinkedIn flagging your account for unusual activity. We recommend staying within the daily send limits for your plan and ensuring your outreach targets relevant, high-quality leads. Following these best practices keeps your LinkedIn account in good standing while you scale your outreach.
Do I need to install any software or browser extension?
No — Vosen is entirely cloud-based, so there’s nothing to download or install. You log in through your browser, upload your leads, and Vosen handles everything else from the cloud. There are no browser extensions, desktop apps, or LinkedIn integrations you need to set up manually.
What languages does Vosen support for voice notes?
Vosen supports voice note generation in multiple languages, allowing you to reach prospects in their native language. When you clone your voice, the AI model captures your tone and cadence and can apply it across supported languages. Check the language selector inside your campaign settings to see the full list of currently supported languages.
Can I use my own voice on the Free plan?
The Free plan uses a prebuilt AI voice rather than a custom clone of your voice. To clone your own voice and send voice notes that sound exactly like you, you’ll need to upgrade to the Pro or Scale plan. Once you upgrade, you can submit a 30-second or longer recording to create your personalised voice clone.
How long does voice cloning take?
Voice cloning typically completes within a few minutes of submitting your recording. In some cases, processing may take up to 5 minutes depending on server load — if it’s taking longer, try refreshing the page. Once cloning is complete, your voice will be available to use across all your campaigns immediately.
What file format should I use for my voice recording?
Vosen accepts voice recordings in WAV or MP3 format. Your recording must be at least 30 seconds long — longer recordings generally produce a more accurate and natural-sounding clone. Record in a quiet environment and speak naturally to get the best results from your voice clone.
How many voice notes can I send per day?
Your daily send limit depends on your plan. The Free plan allows up to 10 voice notes per day, the Pro plan allows up to 20 per day, and the Scale plan has no daily limit. These limits are designed to keep your outreach looking natural and protect your LinkedIn account.
What happens when I run out of credits on the Free plan?
Once you’ve used all 20 credits on the Free plan, your campaigns will pause and no further voice notes will be sent. You can upgrade to Pro or Scale at any time to continue sending and unlock higher campaign sizes, daily limits, and additional features. Your existing campaign data and leads are preserved when you upgrade.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes — you can cancel your Pro or Scale subscription at any time from your account settings with no cancellation fees. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you’ll revert to the Free plan. You won’t be charged again after cancelling.
How does Vosen personalise scripts for each lead?
Vosen uses AI to generate a unique script for each lead based on information from their LinkedIn profile, such as their name, role, company, and recent activity. This means every voice note sounds tailored and relevant rather than generic. You can also provide a campaign brief or talking points to steer the personalisation in a specific direction.
Does Vosen integrate with my CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)?
Vosen includes a built-in CRM on the Pro and Scale plans where all replies and lead activity are tracked automatically. Native two-way integrations with external CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce are on the roadmap — in the meantime, you can export lead and reply data via CSV to import into your existing CRM. Contact support@vosen.io if you have specific integration requirements.
How do I know when a lead has replied?
Reply tracking is automatic on the Pro and Scale plans — whenever a lead responds to your voice note on LinkedIn, their reply appears inside the Vosen CRM within a few minutes. You can view all replies, filter by campaign, and manage follow-ups directly from the CRM dashboard. The Free plan does not include CRM access or reply tracking.
