Board View

A kanban-style pipeline that lets you see every lead at a glance and drag them through stages as conversations progress.

Notes

Attach private, timestamped notes to any lead to log what was discussed and what the next step is.

Reply Tracking

Vosen automatically detects when a lead replies to your LinkedIn voice note and marks them as “Replied” in the CRM.

Status Management

Move leads through pipeline stages manually or let Vosen update their status based on activity — so your pipeline always reflects reality.

Accessing the CRM

To open the Leads CRM, click Leads in the left sidebar of your Vosen dashboard. Every contact added through your campaigns appears here automatically — there is nothing to import or set up. From this view you can search, filter, and take action on any lead in your pipeline.
