How reply tracking works
When a lead replies to one of your LinkedIn voice notes, Vosen detects the incoming message and immediately updates that lead’s status to Replied in the CRM. No manual action is needed on your part. The reply timestamp is recorded against the lead’s profile, and the conversation thread is accessible directly from their lead card. This means you can check the CRM at any point and know exactly which leads have responded, when they responded, and what stage they are in — without having to scroll through LinkedIn messages one by one.Viewing replies
Filter by status 'Replied'
Use the Status filter at the top of the board and select Replied. The view updates to show only leads who have responded to your voice notes.
Click a lead to see their details
Select any lead card to open their profile. You’ll see their contact information, the campaign they came from, the reply timestamp, and their conversation history.
Taking action on replies
A reply is a buying signal — acting on it quickly increases your chances of booking a meeting. Keep these habits in mind:- Respond on LinkedIn promptly. Leads who reply to a voice note are engaged. The sooner you respond, the better your conversion rate.
- Log what was said. After your response, add a note to the lead’s card summarising the exchange. This keeps your pipeline accurate and helps if a team member picks up the conversation later.
- Advance the stage. Move the lead to In Conversation once you’ve exchanged messages, or straight to Booked if they’ve agreed to a meeting. Keeping stages up to date means your board always reflects where each deal stands.
