Credits are the currency of the Vosen Free plan. Every time you send a voice note, one credit is deducted from your balance. Credits let you experience the full outreach workflow before committing to a paid plan.

Your starting credits

When you sign up for the Free plan, Vosen automatically adds 20 credits to your account. Each voice note you send uses exactly 1 credit, so your starting balance gives you up to 20 sends to explore campaigns and see results firsthand.

Checking your balance

To see how many credits you have remaining, go to Account → Credits in the left sidebar. Your current balance is displayed at the top of the page alongside a log of recent credit usage.

When you run out of credits

Credits on the Free plan do not refresh — once your 20 credits are spent, you will need to take one of the following steps to continue sending voice notes:
  • Upgrade to Pro or Scale for unlimited voice notes and higher daily send limits.
  • Wait — if you prefer to stay on the Free plan, no additional credits are added automatically.
There is no option to purchase additional credits as a one-off top-up. Upgrading to a paid plan is the only way to keep sending once your balance reaches zero. On the Pro and Scale plans, the credit system does not apply. You can send as many voice notes as your plan’s daily send limit allows — 20 sends/day on Pro, and unlimited daily volume on Scale — without any credit balance to track.
If you find yourself running out of credits quickly, it is a good sign your outreach is picking up momentum. Upgrading to Pro unlocks unlimited voice notes, AI-written scripts, and LinkedIn search targeting so you can scale without interruption.
