# Leads CRM: Track and Manage Your Outreach

> Manage every lead from your LinkedIn voice note campaigns in one place with Vosen's built-in Leads CRM.

The Leads CRM gives you a centralised view of every contact you've reached out to through Vosen. Instead of switching between LinkedIn and a spreadsheet to track who replied and what was said, you can manage your entire pipeline — from first touch to booked meeting — directly inside Vosen.

## CRM features

## Accessing the CRM

To open the Leads CRM, click **Leads** in the left sidebar of your Vosen dashboard. Every contact added through your campaigns appears here automatically — there is nothing to import or set up. From this view you can search, filter, and take action on any lead in your pipeline.
