# Campaign Types and How They Work in Vosen

> Learn about Vosen's campaign types, the campaign lifecycle, and the send and size limits that apply to your plan.

Campaigns are the core of Vosen's outreach engine. Each campaign holds a set of leads, an AI-personalised voice note script built from your cloned voice, and the rules that govern when and how Vosen sends on your behalf. You create a campaign once, add your leads, approve the scripts, and let Vosen handle the rest.

## Campaign types

    Send personalised AI voice notes to your existing LinkedIn connections or to a list of leads you upload via CSV. Vosen clones your voice, writes an emotion-enhanced script for each lead, and delivers the message directly in LinkedIn.

    Available on **Free**, **Pro**, and **Scale** plans.

    Send a connection request to each lead first. The moment a lead accepts, Vosen automatically fires a personalised voice note — keeping your outreach timely and warm without any manual follow-up.

## Campaign lifecycle

  <Step title="Create a campaign">
    Give your campaign a name and choose its type — **Voice Note Campaign** or **Connection Campaign**. You can also set a daily sending schedule at this stage.

  <Step title="Add leads">
    Bring in your audience by uploading a CSV file or, on Pro and Scale plans, running a LinkedIn search directly inside Vosen. Each lead needs at minimum a first name, last name, and LinkedIn URL.

    Before anything is sent, Vosen generates an AI-written, emotion-enhanced script personalised for every lead. Review and edit any script you like — you have full approval before launch.

    Activate your campaign. Vosen begins sending within your plan's daily limit, spacing messages naturally to keep your activity looking human.

  <Step title="Monitor">
    Track delivery, replies, and connection acceptance rates from your dashboard and CRM. Pause or adjust the campaign at any time.

## Plan limits

Your plan determines how many messages Vosen can send each day and how many leads you can add to a single campaign.

| ----- | ---------------- | ---------------------- |
| Free  | 10 / day         | 50 people              |
| Pro   | 20 / day         | 250 people             |
| Scale | Unlimited        | 2,000 people           |

  Daily send limits reset at midnight in your account time zone. Leads that haven't been sent to yet are queued automatically for the next day.
