# Manage Your Vosen Account and Preferences

> Update your profile, configure voice cloning, manage notifications, review billing, and control your Vosen account all from one place.

Your Vosen account settings give you full control over how you show up in campaigns and how the platform behaves. From updating your name to cloning your voice to managing your subscription, everything lives under the **Account** section of the sidebar.

## Profile

Keep your profile information accurate so your account is easy to identify. Under **Account → Profile** you can:

* Update your **display name**
* Change the **email address** associated with your account

After making changes, click **Save** to apply them.

  Vosen uses passwordless authentication — you sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email address. There is no password to set or update. If you change your email address, your next login code will be sent to the new address.

## Voice

Your voice settings control how you sound in every outgoing voice note. Under **Account → Voice** you can:

* **Upload a recording** to create or update your cloned voice (Pro and Scale plans)
* **Preview your cloned voice** by listening to a sample before using it in a campaign
* **Switch between prebuilt and cloned voice** at any time — changes apply to new campaigns immediately

For best cloning results, upload a clear recording of at least 30 seconds with minimal background noise.

## Notifications

Stay informed about campaign activity without logging in every time. Under **Account → Notifications** you can toggle:

* **New reply alerts** — receive an email when a lead replies to your voice note
* **Campaign completion alerts** — receive an email when a campaign finishes sending

Turn each notification type on or off independently to suit your workflow.

## Billing

Manage your subscription and payment details under **Account → Billing**:

* **View your current plan** and the next billing date
* **Upgrade or downgrade** your plan at any time (changes take effect immediately for upgrades; at the end of the billing period for downgrades)
* **Update your payment method** by entering a new card
* **Download past invoices** from the invoice history table

## Signing out

To sign out of Vosen, click your **avatar** in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select **Sign out**. Your session is tied to the email code you used to log in, so signing out immediately ends your active session on that device.
