# Vosen Plans: Free, Pro, and Scale Compared

Vosen offers three plans designed to grow with your outreach goals. Start for free and get hands-on with voice note campaigns right away, or unlock advanced features like AI-written scripts, LinkedIn search targeting, and professional voice cloning on Pro and Scale.

## Upgrading your plan

    Navigate to **Account → Billing** in the left sidebar.

    Click the **Upgrade** button next to your current plan.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a plan">
    Choose **Pro** ($29/mo) or **Scale** ($49/mo) based on your needs.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter payment details">
    Provide your card information on the secure checkout screen.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm your upgrade">
    Click **Confirm**. Your new plan takes effect immediately — you can start using its features right away.

## Downgrading or cancelling

You can downgrade or cancel your Vosen subscription at any time — there are no long-term commitments or cancellation penalties. To downgrade or cancel, go to **Account → Billing** and click **Change plan** or **Cancel subscription**. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

  No credit card is required to sign up for the Free plan. You can explore Vosen and send your first voice notes without entering any payment information.

  If you are on the Free plan and sending voice notes frequently, check your [credit balance](/account/credits) to keep track of how many sends you have left. You can also review your [account settings](/account/settings) to update your profile or voice preferences before you start your first campaign.
